Presenting: Macintosh

Did you know that Steve Jobs, CEO and co-founder of Apple Computer, is a professional showman? He has been presenting keynote speeches and has made public appearances for what seems like forever.

Here is a clip of the original introduction of the Macintosh presented by the master himself in January of 1984. This presentation was even rated one of the top ten best presentations ever according to this top ten list.

Can you believe that the audience is actually clapping at those old school graphics? Back then, that must have seemed quite advanced.

What an amazing video…! Steve Jobs was introducing a form of Information Technology that would eventually change the way people communicated. He was a man of vision, but may have never understood the impact his discovery would eventually make worldwide.
